Art Wolfe is an American photographer, conservationist and public figure. His inspiration is a virgin natural, picturesque landscape, authentic culture. He well-known for bright and colored photo works, excellent perspective and composition.
Wolf was born in 1951 in creative family. His parents have been involved into commercial art. During his studies at University of Washington Wolf did assignments for the well-known magazine and channel, National Geographic.
Art Wolfe is a winner of many awards. Photo Media gave him the Photographer of the Year award in 1996; North American Nature Photography Association presented him with an Outstanding Nature Photographer of the Year award in 1998; he won Magazine Photography award of Alfred Eisenstaedt in 2000; National Outdoor Book Award (2001 and 2004); and etc.
