Alex Webb - one of the talented street photographers, who uses strong colors, light, and emotion to capture beautifully complex images. Webb studied history and literature at Harvard University, and joined Magnum Photos in 1976. After briefly shooting in black-and-white, he is most known for his use of color and complex layering in his composition.

His artistic creativity strives for simple, scaled back compositions with few elements, where every part adds to the story, but where there are still gaps for the viewer to fill, many of which produce a "surrealist" end result.
